That's a bit weird because coromal put their Atwood gas hot water system in the back wall .Supposedly gas Regulations?
Never looked further into it after that, hopefully they weren't telling porky pies.

I spoke to the gas guy who we use at work and he looked through the regulation book and said as long as the heater or appliance is 300 mm away from a hatch and 500mm from a window is fine to put in the rear of van.Supposedly gas Regulations?

I will probably fit it to the bumper as I want to fit two more tanks underneath 1 normal tank and 1 dump tank.Been away for awhile and congrats on your acquisitions guys!
@Smash what are you thinking with you spare wheels? I have two (due to the travelling we want to do) and was also thinking duel spares on the rear bumper. But then i also started thing about placing jerry can holders either side of the factory spare mount on rear, and then having an under slung spare infront of the front water tank. Was thinking of having a wind down mechanism like most vehicles do. This then keeps the drawer bar free for a generator box or other things. Thoughts...???
P.s - Tow tug has been upgraded....couldnt go passed a new Ranger! First big trip in a month so will give an update if i remember

A friend has a caravan with the waeco compressor fridge which jayco are using and they have 3 x150watt panel and 2 x100amp batteries and is fine when the sun out but slightly cloudy day they need to brake out the generator at end of the day.Hi Smash and thanks for the reply. They are using a waeco compressor fridge at the moment. We have upgraded to 300w of solar and a second battery but not sure about the fridge. I also have a compressor fridge in the ute that we are happy with..
@Ligedy
Havnt used ours free camping yet but the one thing i would recommend is to upgrade your solar capacity. We upgraded sizes and added another panel (300w) and also added another battery (200ah).......my theory is you can never have enough i guess.
I didnt get a reverse camera on order, but in hindsight wish i had

I think 218 ltr but both these fridges you need a lot of power for the cloudy days normally have to break out the generator.If I decided to put a compressor fridge in I would fit an EVa Kool fridge a lot better and more efficient.Hi @SMartin do you know what size Waeco compressor fridges they are offering for this van? Is it the 190ltr or the 218ltr?
Thanks
