Got rid of that crappy little drop down thing and installed a drawer for the cutlery. Much better and will get a lot of use as it can still be opened with the bed extended out.

I've been busy on the underside of the van as well doing a bit of stone protection with the foam as well as corrugated tubing over the brake wires and other wires as well as insertion rubber mud flaps to protect the shockers and tank sensors. I am baffled how Jayco can just run their pipes and wires over sharp edges of the chassis and rails with no protection from rubbing through.

I did that on my old 14 as well as Big Mal, but sleeved the water lines that way I made sure the Guest fittings were all homed nicely..........not only protects from rocks and chaffing also stops the lines from freezing, tested at \warialda and canberra.

Where did you attach the insertion rubber to for the suspension protection, I have a fair bit and am looking to fix up a few bits around the underside of the van.

Just cable tied it from the top cross bar on the swing arms and let it hang.
