Off to Page Bros at 12:00, the wife and I are excited.
Just brought her home, the customer service was impeccable, no question was too hard and everything we asked for was just as we hoped. John at Page Bros spent three and a half hours introducing the van and it's features. We've poured over the van and I cannot fault it yet in any way. We have seen Jaycos before and almost forgiven them with some of the "questionable" quality but this van is really amazing.
We ordered the van at the Leisurefest in October, so it's still a 2013 model with a build date of 12/2013. The quality is pretty darn good though. Love the led lighting.Congratulations on the new baby. Picking up our 14.4.4 in a couple of weeks.
What are your impressions on the new 2014 changes
Particularly the new hatch in the roof, tunnel and awning lighting and the new bench edge finish, etc
Our first trip will be to Port Fairy / Apollo Bay in 18 days.Looks great!! Where's the first trip?
Sounds like fun and I guess we'll be doing the same in a few weeks time.Accessory buy up today, because we have really nothing for the van, not even a dust pan and brush it was a big buy up day today. I picked up the Milenco XL Mirrors and level wedges. The wedges are so clever I had to have them. You basically arrive at your spot place the gauge inside the van at your level spot, it tells you how far you need to elevate to make the van level at a scale from one to four then you drive the van to that level and there is no need for chocks very clever.
Tomorrow is clean n polish day, then begins the stocking up for our first trip in eighteen days. Cannot wait.
