Leg of lamb cooking time in Webber kettle

Happy Easter all!!

Looking at putting the Webber on this arvo and roasting a 2.2kg leg of lamb with the works. Can anyone guide me on cooking times as lost the manual,years ago.

I'm guessing about 50 minutes if you like it pink.....about the same time for the veges....but less if there's bone in the cut.

I like mine cooked so usually do that weight for about 90 minutes.

Either....I've used both and find the cooking time is about the same....both ovens need to be very hot when you put the lamb in, then let them lose a bit of heat (if you can with the kettle.)

Use a probe or thermometer to check the progress...the usual test.

I'm salivating already.

yeah thermometer ready. Duck fat spuds just to make you dribble a little more.
