Thats a bugger @dagree I know the feeling, heres a story to make you feel a little better. Thursday night I took a short cut home from a mates place down a road that is dirt and tar. Havent been down this road for a while, the Disco loves a dirt road with some pot holes. We had a little rain (terential) here on Thursday and as I came over a crest of some smooth wet black stuff I encounted what looked like a moonscape!

The local council had decided that two little witches hats was enough warning for the impending GRAND CANYON!

As I hit the below little holes and their cliff like edges at 60klm/h it preceeded to puch a massive hole in both my front and rear left hand side tyres!

So after a nice little two hour wait for a tow truck it was either replace the two Dunlop Wranglers for $470 each of which the remaining two only had about 10,000ks left in them. Or put 4 Pirrelli Scorpion ATR's on it for $325 each, so Pirrelli's it was. Hope that makes you feel a little better @dagree.

OUCH!!!!! Just a little better @AzHaych ;)
You know you should get someone (If available) to walk the rivers, pools, puddles etc before trying to traverse ;) :behindsofa:

On a different note...... Thanks for the reminder as I am coming due to a new set of tyres. Need to replace them before I get a company vehicle next week so I can get a few $'s back off the government for them 8-)

I am pretty happy with the Pirrelli's I did some research on them and there was some great feedback. I have only had them for 3 days but they are quiet on the road and freeway, it will be interesting to see how they go in some loose stuff.

Currently happy with the current Bridgestone Duellers for road noise but I am thinking more along the lines of BFG All Terrains or Mickey Thompson ATZ's as I got more mileage out of them previously...... At the end of the day the dollars will determine the desicion!
