Xpanda Poptop Sealing when closed

Anyone have any tips for ensuring your Xpanda poptop creates a tight seal when collapsing the roof down?
Noticing of late, rubber seal isn't always snug around bottom of poptop when it's collapsed.

Maybe it's nothing to worry about all together, given water isn't making it in.

I just do the good old lap around the Expanda to make sure the pop top skirt isnt sticking out anywhere before doing up the toggle clamps.
Have never looked closely at the seal though?....

yup.. me too - the mind boggles

noticed ours doesnt seal tightly around the top when down but have had no issues with water getting in as yet. mainly at the back of van but doesnt seem to be able to clamp down tight , because i have tried tightening down clamps but makes no difference.

Ours is the sama but has never leaked or had dust ingress.
