Window blind ?

has anyone changed the window blind fittings? The rivets don't rivet it up. I can't seem to find big enough rivets.
Currently I have cable tied the attachment up and it holds but not ideal!

Looks like aftermarket venetian blinds?
Looking at the picks if rivets won't hold could you fit a small screw and nut the same diameter and cut the screw length to suit?
Or..... Are the rivets too long?
Another option if the issue is the diameter of the rivet try adding a washer to both sides of the rivet (With correct size hole to suit!)

Great idea .. A small bolt and washer. The cable tie is holding but looks ugly!
