Can't give a difinitive answer @Andrewm02 . If Jayco use the same ones for each year, model etc you might be safe......
I got caught out with a boat trailer after asking the dealer what bearings were used. They said "xyz" so I got a spare set and when I went to change them 12 months later found out they were "abc"?????? Luckily didn't need them while on a trip!!!!

My recommendation would be take the wheel off and get the numbers off the bearings themselves... Also good time to repack existing ones before you go away!

Thanks @dagree, I am going to repack them before I go away, so will check what type they are when pulled apart. I just thought someone may have known off the top of their head.

I made this enquiry last year when I was in the Jayco head office parts and accessories dept one day on another matter. They told me to ring them with the chassis number and they would tell me what bearings were in my van. Mine is a 2012 Discovery

Only way to be sure as @dagree said pull them off and get the numbers, nothing worse than finding your spare doesn't fit. My spare set I packed it with grease then wrapped it in grease proof and vac sealed it, so its ready to go and will be protected from dirt, water and gunk, oh and add a set of disposable gloves and a new split pin.

That's an awesome idea @Drover. Think I'll borrow that idea from you.

I'm not sure I would trust them to get it right, I'd pop one off and have a look to be sure, if they can't get the rim or tyre sizes right for the Compliance Plate and you can see them, then it doesn't bode well for what they have on paper for the build on a VIN number.

Many moons ago I used to wrap in grease proof then in some sealing resin stuff, graduated to a new invention that came out fold over top plastic bag which evolved into a zip lock then found Mrs D's vac sealer, best thing for pack an wrap of most spares.
