I just sold my van which was five years old and only ever use a wash expressly suitable for fiberglass - usually a fibreglass boat wash followed by a fibreglass polish.
The van looked new and didn't yellow. I understand anything with ammonia in it may make it go yellow.
Cheers

You've got to be careful with car wash if you have a fibreglass van. Something about a common chemical (possibly amonia) that can cause the outer layer to deteriorate and the whole lot becoming susceptible to UV damage and yellowing.

keep the glass polish into it and you will be sweet, glass breakdown is due to lack of maintenance
