Far out Grano n play, that's impressive! Never seen a double annex like that, with gutter too.
And electric heaters, talk about home comforts! Now I have heater envy, I hate the cold......
Cant wait to see what mods you've got planned for the Work'n'play!

I wanted to do this over Christmas with my fathers van and my own.

How have you done the gutter?
how do you attach?
Does it leak much when it rains?

Thanks ,the gutter system did work well for collecting water when it rained, for our outdoor showers, when free camping. But ran into problems in caravan parks, as in Perth law states u can not park your trailer with tow ball facing back, so couldn't always have this set up set up with other friends annexe.(I assume law is same everywhere)

Thought it would be easier to show. A piece of good quality tarp, about 300 to 400 wide and length has to be from floor over the top and back down approximate 7m length, then sew that tracking stuff to both ends, it then slides into the existing track on your annexe. The skill is not making it ,its trying to park parallel to each other, but a little practice , all good and no it didn't leak.

Looks Great!
I have been told about this rule too, "apparently" its for quick removal of the van in the case of an emergency. Thats what I was told anyway.

Yep, spot on bigman0510 and it's always written in the 'Park Rules' of all caravan parks too.
"The drawbar must always face the road or access so immediate removal can be undertaken in case of emergency"
