Thanks pace9908 I have done the sheet thing but I get slack so it's my own fault:doh:Place newspaper on front and rear screens in the evening, then simply peel away in the morning, clean screens. Pace.

Yeah it stops the ice but stains the paintwork when it rains.I thought it was a wind up too when I heard it, but a lot of people rang in, I'd say its the starch in the potato. I'm not going to try it though
