Van storage near Adelaide airport (or train line)

Mulling over a possible plan to travel via Ghan from Adelaide to Darwin and then fly back to Adelaide which means we'd need to leave van for a week within reach of airport and train.

Have done similar at Cape Jervis when we went over to Kangaroo Island and that worked well but realise a jaunt to and from Adelaide is a bit different.

Thought someone might have done similar so worth a try before we set our plans in concrete for 2016.

Ideally would like van to be safe, secure and have access to power.

Any suggestion?

Try the Adelaide Caravan Park or Adelaide Shores Caravan Park

Quite often the van parks will store a van. The big 4 is storing ours at Airlie Beach while we have 5 nights on Daydream Island. Car and van for $7.50 a night.
