UV proof ladder tie downs?

Hello all
Please forgive me if this has been covered before of in the wrong section. I am wanting to buy some of the ladder looking tie downs used on many annex walls. One brand comes to mind is Australia wide annex's.
I haven't contacted them as I thought these would be on eBay or something. Does anyone know where I could purchase them?

Looked online for a friend a while back. Plenty on UK caravan sites and ebayUK! Unfortunately none of them post to AUS!
Apparently they were invented in the UK in 2013 from memory.... Might have to be a case of contacting Aussiewide?
