I turned off at the "current best pratice gold standard 3.5t tow capacity". Every expert with half an opinion has woken up to the farce of that one ... accept this nong

(Plus he dared poo poo'd the mighty Navara ... clueless clown)

Apart from the "gold standard 3.5T towing capacity" I pretty much agree with everything else.
Interesting part for me was the graph overlaying the torque curves between the D-Max and the Colorado.
If you're towing, the D-Max/Mu-x shouldn't get a look in, but people still buy them, much like Toyota's, it's all in the marketing campaign they run.:behindsofa::bolt:

I found the torque curve interesting as well as we are looking at the moment at the 7 seater versions. Isuzu people say it does not have the torque although smoother although looking at the graph it might be flat although a lot less everywhere.

Only because he did slam Jeeps ..... if he did you would hate him too
I did say I agree mostly with what he says..........

John Cadogan is a flog IMHO, much like most motoring journo's who base their "opinions" on tested vehicles on how much advertising revenue said manufacturer puts into their publication.:boxing-25:

BTW, Jeep are smart enough to not even bother getting into that segment, no American manufacturer would when you can get the next size up, ie. F150, 250, 350 etc etc, Silverado, Ram for similar money over there.

If I needed a dual cab ute to tow 3.5T there's no way I'd be looking at anything else other than what I've listed above.
