Upgrade time

Hi all,

The wife and I , and 2 kids, are waiting to pick up our 2013 expanda 16.49-4. Upgrade from a soft floor camper, we went to look at a flamingo or hawk and the wife liked the expanda. Who am I to argue.

Welcome to the forum @Garreth and you're not the only one to get some "Good" advise from the boss!!!!!!
We also looked around at camper vans and drove away with an expanda!

Good choice , we just picked up our 16-49-4 .
A couple of changes we made which I think are extremely worthwhile are
Outdoor shower and hot water, shelves for the wardrobe but
The best change we made I think was to move the Microwave from above the fridge to
Above the sink and where the m/w was converted it to a cupboard which is now our large pantry, this was done at no extra charge.

congrats @Garreth yes we went and looked at Swans hired a Expanda and brought a Starcraft.. Yes the budget keeps going up.

Well done @Garreth you have probably save yourself a upgrade down the track as a lot on here have done the progression through tents to campers to the jayco camper trailer and onto expanda`s. Can`t guarantee you wont be looking at starcrafts and other full vans down the track but it`s all good fun!

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. We are picking up the van on the 24th of this month @davemc, Getting annex walls made for it reading to go. Can't wait! Will post a photo of it behind our car when we get it.
