16' Series Undervan storage

Hi All

Tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything on storage under Expandas.

Under our 16.49.4 OB, behind the second water tank there seems to be a fair bit of unused space.

I'm wondering if anyone has made a toolbox/drawer/something to store things in

I reckon there is enough space to fit a toolbox that you could fit a table or chairs without problem.

It should also help reduce towball weight by adding some weight low down at the back

Most of us don't like bending down that far..........................................depending location but you wouldn't want anything to hang below the chassis unless very, very close to the wheels......a few have boxes located between chassis and van side, long slim boxes or racks made up front in the draw bar or behind the rear bar to stash hoses/chocks etc or tubes along the chassis for drain pipes but nothing underneath that I recall..
