Underslung Axles

Hi All, Have just ordered a new 17.56.1 Expanda and am concerned about the ground clearance and am thinking of changing the axles to underslung to raise the ride height. I would appreciate any thoughts on whether or not it is worth doing this. Thankyou

I have the touring model without the under slung and haven't bottomed out yet but I am careful which servos and gutter crossings I tackle.
