Ps...great media promotion getting the bus stuck ! Bit close to stage finish but all ended well
ya gotta love a good stack tho!!!!Not so sure it ended well.
Ch 7 suggested they let the riders know the bus was stuck and back off the pace a little, and then they stacked cos some did and some didn't....
???
Spectacular to watch...but not much fun if you're the silly bugger on the bicycle.:barbershop_quartet_member: Damaged my body (and my pride) a couple of times when I've tried riding beyong my ability.....my quick release shoes, didn't!ya gotta love a good stack tho!!!!

Yeah not a pretty sight! Not looking forward to the rush of MAMILs (Middle Aged Men In Licra) getting out on the roads over the next couple of months.
Im certainly not anti bike riders, but around my area it gets out of control during and just after the Tour.
Yeah. Really hard to pretend to be an arthritic dad just pushing the kid's buckled bike home while wearing lycra shorts, hobbling on cleated bike shoes with helmet, gloves and multi-coloured jersey! Not much padding with the lycra either
They changed the end to the 3km point as there was a photo finish facility at the 3km point. Yes they were notified but once the bus was moved it was back to the original finish line. Not so sure it ended well.
