For all of the Sydney based expanda owners, I just wanted to throw a plug in for a company call RVGO.
I was not happy with the time taken to book a service at Jayco Sydney, nor their attitude when I have dealt with them, so I was looking for somewhere else.
I came across RVGO on line and thought I'd give them a call.
I spoke to Michael on the phone, he advised they were Jayco authorised service agents and could do warranty work, and I was able to book it in with only 5 weeks notice (compared to 3 months).
It was booked in for late March, but I ended up being deployed to Vanuatu to assist after the cyclone and couldn't make the appointment.
My wife called and they were happy to rearrange the appointment for yesterday.
I dropped the van off yesterday and they were very thorough with the drop off detailing everything I had to get fixed.
Picked it up in the afternoon, all minor warranyy issues addressed, breakaway unit found to have faulty battery and replaced, HWS anode found to be over 1/2 consumed and replaced.
Fantastic service, friendly young guys who know their stuff.
So if your looking for a great place to look after your van, give them a try.
