This weekend went to Big4 Kiama, not impressed as the ensuite sites are all gravel and a waste of time. Weber Baby Q and 3.7kg gas bottle all fit under the front bed. Warranty list is growing, but well see as i will fix most stuff once I get it out of storage.

Was great to be able to change nappies and have a snooze on a rainy day.

@Swerve next time your going to Kiama try Kendall's Beach Holiday Park or Surf Beach Holiday Park, far nicer and a lot closer to town with a walking / cycling track to surf beach, the blow hole and harbour just there, that's where we stay. Great for the kids also.

Well had a few other weekends away since then, has been hard as van was in storage down south coast until I finished my 18m x4m garage.

Brought her home on the weekend and quickly dumped her inside. So good being at home, can actually start planing the mods

Just moved that over by hand, still sorting my garage out as the van will go in the back section. That kitchen needs moving as also going to a different spot. But yes nice having it undercover.

Well had to move the van out and back in the garage etc, had a friend come around to look at the van and that bloody table fell of the wall when she leaned on it. I know many of us have had issues and now it is off the wall. 6 screws into light wall cladding, seriously Jayco need a kick in the guts.

Well first mod is to fix the table, will not be using bigger screws as that will not fix the issue, just delay it for next time.

bugger mate.. I am still to scared to lean on ours since it was fixed.. see if it lasts our big trip coming up.
Yours still have warranty take it back.. I thought liquid nails although got it fixed with the rest of the list.

If you do not need to drop it down as a bed maybe look at what @Marv_mart did.. Looks a lot better idea

I know in your case they placed bigger screws in, problem is as the table leg is not fixed, you lean on one side, it plays see/saw and loads both sides of the wall support. thinking of ......

1- Leg set like below, plus with fixed wall support by some matching wood sheet up the wall from the wheel arch/ seat bases and wall mount fixed to it.

Don't really trust Jayco in fixing it properly, as if they are still selling this stupid model in new vans, fix other vans by bigger screws, really ? I doubt they will fix mine properly. When I'm changing my sons nappy, I wont to know it isnt going to collapse

Table not fixed as yet,

my first plan is to try and locate the alloy wall studs. Will then mount a alloy plate say 1100mm x 50mm x 4mm or so where the table mounts. This will screw to alloy wall stud. Then table mount onto alloy strip.

Change table leg out later for mounted post type.
