:welcome:

We'd need to know size of boot and what you want to fit into storage boxes.

Then we can make some suggestions....Bunnings, reject shop etc

The dimensions of the door opening on both sides is 320mm wide and 280 mm high and the boot is 2300mm long. Want to store things like wheel chocks, hoses, storm covers etc. so they aren't just rolling around in there and having them in some sort of box might make it easier to find and organize.

Welcome,

I picked some of these up from bunnings, they are folding crates and are useful for different things, we have one for the kids to put all there shoes and bike helmets in, $15 bargain and light.

They're good as they're flexible in use but tend to be a bit fragile. Coles grocery delivery people donated some to us years ago on our first home delivery. We said "what a good idea" and the delivery guy left three for us!

Easy to shove under something while travelling but useful if needed.

Ours are starting to show signs of wear but have been used for over six years so far....but the price was attractive.

Am I off topic again? Don't think so.

Other useful storage stuff (for us, anyway) have been the different sized containers ikea sell in their kitchen section. They fit easily into cupboards for kitchen stuff and into tunnel boots and keep ropes, pegs, multiple small bits and pieces separate and accessible, particularly if you have something to use to reach them.

The wand thingy we got from Jayco to reach the awning clips is also used to reach the ikea boxes....so, multiple use condition met.

Others?? The old style plastic crates used for toy boxes also fit easily, are robust and can stand mud etc. They can also be upended when empty and can double as tables for drinks then for receptacles for empties after the drinkies and nibbles. Size is right as well and they're stackable.

We cut down a couple of them years ago to use as a base for the porta loo....just the right height....and keep extra ropes and pegs in them now. Chocks would fit, hoses maybe but they'd keep the storm covers away from the dirty stuff. Storm covers are in their own bags?
