So after our epic trip out to Ayres Rock and then to the group meet at Cameron Corner covering almost 8000 kms including some of the worst dirt roads I have ever driven on our StoneStomper was looking a little worse for wear. I emailed Christian from StoneStomper to get advice on repairing the holes in the mesh and vinyl areas and he told me he could sent me some material to repair myself or I could send it back to him and he would repair it for me free of charge all I had to do was supply a reply paid bag to send it back to me, which I quickly agreed to. So I just wanted to give him another plug for the excellent customer service and after sales service for such a great product. Thanks again Christian @Stone Stomper

I have arranged to get one from Christian when my van arrives. He has been great in answering my many questions very quickly by email. If Jayco deliver my van on the second scheduled delivery date (now 20th Dec) and I get the necessary measurements on time to Christian he is making a real effort to get my new stone stomper to me before Xmas.

Great service, good after sales service according to @Chooky, custom made Australian product that by all reports that works well and is fairly priced, well done @Stone Stomper. I am looking forward to getting mine, fitting it and trying it out.

Yep always :first:for service, already T'd up my next Stomper for new van just have to wait for it to arrive to get the measurements.

I should ask if he'll still do mine. I bought it 4 years ago and pretty much trashed it along the Savannah Way, Gibb River road and up the Dampier Peninsula. It now just sits in the shed. I asked a couple of years ago so I may still get it fixed. Don't expect it for free though now.

I have the same story @Chooky, had some minor damage from our trip to the corner, for those that don't know we did nearly 2000km on some of the roughest tracks, to Birdsville, down the track and up the Strez, then into Innamincka. Had no damage to the front of the van Stonestomper did a brilliant job, and copped a beating. Contacted Christian @Stone Stomper who also offered to fix the small tear at no cost, just a return post pack. Got it back to me quickly and also serviced the clips, thanks Christian. Just sent my old man to get one from you because they are so good.
Good old fashioned service that goes above and beyond expectations, very rare this day and age...
