Have noticed it previously, but it seems to be getting worse. My van squeaks really bad.

Seems to be coming from the suspension somewhere as it occurs when on slightly uneven ground.
It's a tandem axle with the standard suspension (not Jtech or Simplicity).

Any tips on what to do?

is there greasable pins in it? as per @crackacoldie

if not, it could be the rubber bushes them selves

is it the suspension?
not the actual floor?

Got my son to shake the van and appears the noise is from where the springs attach and not the floor.
How do you lubricate them? And yes I know it dirty, probably doesn't help...

WD40 or similar..... If that stops it after soaking in then (If handy with a couple of heavy duty jacks, a spanner and maybe a hammer if required!) pull the pins out and lubricate with some marine waterproof grease.....

If not confident with doing the above a 6 pack of someone's favourite might help 8-)

Meant to also mention..... The pins can also be drilled and grease nipples fitted if required...Don't know why they don't supply them like that already?????

Hi. I had the same problem with my Discovery tandem axle pop top. The squeaking was extreme!
I changed the 4 shackle pins either side of the rocker arm for Greasable ones, and also used new shackle plates so that I did not have to cut the welds. All Alko parts and easily available.
I also jacked up the van, to take the weight off and open up the leaves of the springs, took off the wheels and thoroughly soaked the springs in WD40 or similar.
Difference was amazing!

I would suggest
take the wheels off
thoroughly pressure clean that that area until spotlessly clean - spring packs as well

you can then either remove those pins and replace with greasable ones.........
or
loosen off the nuts on the bolts and spray with chain & cutter bar grease - spray can type
or
take them out (should replace with greasable ones if your going this far)
get some good quality rubber grease, and smear the rubber bushes with it

also see if the bushes themselves are not cactii while your there

sometimes the rubber moving on itself is the reason for the "squeaks"

Well she's 2 years old now so might do the above and give the axle a cold gal and paint all the components bright red so it looks like a fancy 2015 model. 8-)

Who am I kidding, where am I gonna find the time to do all that. :(
