South East Oz Fires

Good luck to all the towns today effected or being threatened by fire. Luckily my kids who were on an extended holiday at the in laws place in Halls Gap left town last night and are safe at our place as we speak. I hope that the towns are spared by fire, especially the in-laws home and business in Halls Gap which as I said they packed up and left late last night. Its a wait and see game now!

Thinking of all the people affected by fires at the moment (state wide)

Halls Gap has re opened and I think that the Grampians will open up again as of midday today. Great effort by all the services and volunteers who fought and are still fighting these fires. Hoping other fires around the country can be beat as this one seems to be.

Were here at Warrnambool and have caught up with few campers who left Grampians from fire threat.
Guess theyll travel back soon.
