I've used my oven a few times, mainly to bake a cake or heat up pies. Last night I cooked a pudding( quite large) and the rotating bottom made a grinding noise like its hitting something as it rotates. Has anyone else had an issue. Van is now out of warranty, bummer.

Well sort of, ours was broken on hand over but was trying to drive, so was making a clunking noise.

If you remove the tray, there is a cap screw in the top. I think it was a 5mm allen key. Remove this screw, then you will see a nyloc nut, M5 from memory. It is most likely loose, and allowing the little 90deg wheel to lean and slip on it's mating part. If you tighten this nut up again, i think you will have solved your problem.

I fixed mine last week, took about 10 mins. Good luck.
