Am I obligated to get my vans first service (3 month/1000km) done at jayco, or can I use one of their authorised service centres?

If it doesn't say anything in the Warranty Docs then I would ring them but I would expect any of their authorized agents would certainly be okay... not everyone has a dealer handy ........

Since when have they started a 3 month check? Mine was a year from memory. Probably after all the wheel alignment and bearing grease issues  ?

I've never used the jayco dealer/outlet for a service or warranty work. Always used an independent repair shop that is an authorised agent. They were happy to investigate every tiny thing I found in the first year (3 pages of them).

The auto industry were stopped monopolising on their cartel servicing requirements, so caravan dealers rarely employ any actual staff qualified in anything i cant see it being an issue where you get it serviced.

Yeah all good. Page Bros are booked out till July.
Got onto Advantage Caravan Repairs in Campbellfield today who are an authorised Jayco service centre. Great reviews, service centre of the year winners for like 5 years in a row. Got the van in there start of Feb. Think I'd trust them to do a better job than Jayco, which is a sentiment that a lot of owners would hold.
