Roll out Awning

Has anyone had Problems with their roll out awning the problem im facing is the awning when rolled up has Ripples in it i rang Jayco in Gippsland and was told not to worry about it

Has anyone had Problems with their roll out awning the problem im facing is the awning when rolled up has Ripples in it i rang Jayco in Gippsland and was told not to worry about it

That's happening to ours and it's in getting serviced and a few things fixed.
The service guy said its the awning out of alignment. It needs to be moved along the rail ,attached to the roof, so it's square with where it's attached to the barrel so it doesn't try to telescope when rolled up
