Chassis Recommended Engineer for increasing compliance plate weights

Hi All,
I have been reading through many threads regarding increasing Tare/GTM/ATM etc weights on compliance plates for caravans/campers. Can anyone recommend a good engineer in Melbourne Vic to chat to about compliance plates and caravans with upgrades/modification changing weights please?

I was talking to Vehicle Components recently about replacing the whole suspension setup and upgrading the GVM/ATM. They suggested Harding Swift would point me in the direction of a good engineer.... best I can offer sorry
