You'll still need towing mirrors of some sort. As for rear view camera, wireless still has a few questions from what I've discovered. I'm going for wired with four pin cable. Look at someone like Safety Dave, Brash Imports, etc. (eBay/Google) and check out the You Tube videos. Clip on or replacement rear view mirror with monitor might suit you. Or you can have dash or window mount. $200-$300 if you install yourself.

Here are a few things to read up on For your camera.
1. CCD VS CMOS sensor. CCD is what you need. You will get less glare at night from lights.
2. Infra red - Zero lux or close as. The closer to zero in infra red mode means the less light you need for the camera to display an image. So at night if there I are no lights you will still see an image.
The good cameras will readily present this info for you. If you do not see this info in the specs then assume it is a lower quality model.

I got my camera via Aliexpress.com.

Hey Thomo67

What Xpandafan has said is true in most states. It is law that if you are towing a large trailer, you must have an unobstructed view down the side of the van. As I said in most states it is a must that if you are towing you must have at least one extra mirror on each side of your car. In SA for example you only need mirrors if the trailer is wider than your car however in QLD the width of the trailer does not come into play it is defined as a large trailer. The law is from what i have read is quite grey on this matter but if you are towing I would, for your legal responsibility, have mirrors. Better not to get fined.

As for the review mirror, if you are going to use it as your primary source of vision, i would have it wired personally. I never trust wireless devices to work flawlessly. For example, you could be driving near someone who is transmitting on the same frequency and your mirror might pickup their camera.

If you were only going to use it as a secondary source of vision then IMHO wireless is fine.

Sorry but I cant recommend any brands.
Cheers
