Hi, we are new to Expandas, and had a problem on our first trip with folding the queen bed end in. The folding arm on one side broke..... A nice fellow Expanda owner from the caravan park helped us and suggested we could fit a bar across the top, from the front to the inside of the cupboard. You would be able to clip it in or out as required..... He knew of a few others who had the same issue with our model, and earlier ones (ours is Dec 2008, 16.49.2, bunk model). Has anyone here done something similar? Thought we'd try here before going to Jayco.... Thanks from a rank amateur....
