I find it comforting to know that someone is actively checking the 5 tonne caravan and car shaped missiles firing along the highways at 100kph towards my family, steered by people who are required to have no training or experience and in most states no ongoing requirement to be roadworthy ..... we all know that some inconsiderate people, without being forced, can't be trusted to do the right thing. Unfortunately without the likelihood Dibble and his cohorts may stop us, I can only imagine the standards, or lack there of, of what some knuckle heads would self deem "safe enough". Self regulation doesn't work. Bring it on I say.
