After a lot of discussion and debate we have decided the 17.56.2 is not for us.

Changed to a Journey 17.55.4.

We are both much happier with this decision. We moved most of the extras over and just changed the aircon to
ceiling. We wanted a bike rack, but can't fit it.Down side is we have to wait about 6 weeks extra.September ex factory.

We are almost ready to retire and one of the things that really bothered me was making the bed up all the time ,my knees are not the best.
We have been campers all our life and really roughing it at times,so this will be luxury for us.

I have got a lot of mods planned and got the obligatory Baby Q , already used it and love it.Got a few other things organized for when the time comes.Mr SMJ gives me strange looks when I come up with something else to add to the van :o.
September can't come quick enough

as I said in another thread (cannot remember now which one...........)
maybe an idea to weigh everything that you are going to put into the Van............
you would be amazed at just how heavy that feather doona is in comparison to a thermal blanket - dont get me wrong, I like doona's
but
not forgetting that whatever you put INTO your van, increases its overall weight, and effects the tow vehicle

What !!! You mean I should leave the vacuum cleaner and hairdryer at home :o

The mister can dripdry so he won't need a towel and we have sleeping bags so no need for sheets or doonas.

After seeing Rockapes van maybe we should cancel the van and stick to tent!
