That a massive trailer behind a small truck ....but yes proberly the wind unless maybe the caravan hitch came of the back of the truck.

It does look dettached after the incident, on the rear view of the tug its wheels are off the ground,must be hanging by the saftey chains.

I remember a few years go one of my then customers had a fleet of road trains as well as B doubles and moved livestock. During a thunder storm in QLD 2 of the NEW doubles were caught in it and the front one pulled over, as the second one pulled up behind it they both blew over onto their sides, on an open plain with the windage you would be supprised what the wind can do!
