COMMENTS. only powered sites are allocated, all unpowered are : pick where suits you : best of the spots for us was the quiet unpowered section ,no loud music , no generators , no loud parties , LPG gas refill onsite but expensive 4 kg $30 ,onsite store usual drinks ice cream etc this park is known for water sports fishing and redclaw trapping. bird watchers paradise and lots of wildlife a lot of waterfront and water view sites
GENERAL CONDITIONS
no pets , no electric scooters or electric bikes , EV charging station , on site pizza van weekends , on site water sports hire, two boat ramps with trailer parking some beach areas to leave boats in water, weekends are very busy with ski boats and jetskis ,weekend courtesy bus to KIlcoy hotel , on site putt putt golf course ($)
this one was new to us, unpowered sites you can stay until 6pm on the day of departure ,powered sites book out is usual 10am but you can stay and use the facality until 6 pm
HOSPITAL. closest large public hospital is Caboolture (30 mins)
OVERALL excellant, well run very clean , very dry at present with total fire ban, not much grass at present.
