Hi 17triton,
We decided on the 17-56.2 outback. Tow vehicles are either 120 Diesel Prado or New Ranger. The prado is all set up for camping so its just hook the van up and go.My wife and I have been around camping and 4wding since we were kids. We love it, so we are doing the same for our little boy. He loves camping and getting outside. We recently sold our 2011 Eagle outback. It served us well did some great trips, but we needed more room

Great van choice. I would love a review once you get it. I'm down to 63 days for the same van so am living vicariously through everyone on the forum.

You beat us buy about a week, we also have a 17.56.2 on the way. (expecting a call anytime to say it is in Brisbane) It might even be next week as well. Did you order through Brisbane Camperland? Where in Brisbane are you?

Holden_man our van has actually arrived 3 weeks early due to the camping show in brisbane. We were stoked when we got the call this week, we only ordered it in march.
We ordered it from Brisbane Camperland through Sam Papasavas, this is the second van we have bought from him and have found his service to be faultless. I would recommend him to anyone.
We didnt get that many extras put on as I love to play with vans and 4wds so it wont be standard for long. Plus the price goes up VERY quickly if you get carried away. Here the list of extras we had fitted in the factory:
All the 2013 standard inclusions
2x 100ah battery
charge wire with anderson plug on the draw bar for our 160w solar panels
Cd/Radio with internal and external speakers
Had the tables laminated the same same the bench tops, as we thought it was a little miss matched the way they are as standard.
Drifter control panel
External shower
Bigger fridge
External Tables
Shelves to robes
Sunbuster shade for both sides
Shelves under sink
Lifstyle pack
Extra power outlets.
I just have one question about the van for people that already have one.-- How do they tow? Will I need some sort of stabilizer bar set up?

i know where you are, I have a good waterski mate on the water their on the Beemer river. We must have followed you around, we also ordered from camper land in March, with delivery of early June. But not really expecting an early call, the week after the show will suit me. If we get it early I will be to busy pulling it apart I might miss the show.
The order sounds very close to ours as well. Look forward to seeing the photos. Enjoy, they look like a great van.
