New tow vehicle

Hi Guys,

I have sold my 2007 Sahara (with much regret and have bought a Corolla Ascent sport. (Doing around 800 Kms a week was not justifiable with the petrol ). We now have to sell our 2009 landcruiser ute to enable us to buy a dual cab to tow our Panda. We have decided on the Toyota 79 series double cab as our new tow vehicle. I was wondering whether anyone had one and/or what your thoughts were to it!

Thanks for your responses. Sold the husbands 2009 landcruiser ute yesterday. All systems go now for ordering the new double cab. We r planning our next two trips already!

Have got the 79 series ute for work and it amazes me to where we take her and on some of the angles, I work in mining exploration and I can tell you we go to some remote places.

I would have had the 70 series GXL Wagon in a heartbeat over the Prado if it was available in an Automatic variant. I think they are great, go anywhere and tough as nails.
