Picked up oun new Journey 17.55-8 on Friday to replace the Penguin OB. Penguin was a great little camper although the extra space is welcome. We went for twin batteries, upgraded solar, 300mm drawbar extension , stone guard and rear bike carrier.. Couple of sikaflex tubes underneath to seal up and should be good for the Christmas break in.
What have others done to better or minimise dust entry through vents, I was looking at using fine filter foam?
Any one installed a dirt bike carrier across front of drawbar on this or similar model?

Welcome and congrats on the new van @Smarty32 .
Great looking setup... Jayco van and Prado ;) Maybe a little biased here 8-)

Agree with @Bluey regarding the ball weight with a dirt bike across the draw bar!!!! Maybe get hold of a set of towball scales and put the bike on a plank across the draw bar and see what it weighs before fabricating anything to mount it on!

A great looking Van the Journey. I saw one last week whilst away classy look the black and gray.
The outbacks are a sure standout from any other vans on the market.

Enjoy mate!!
