So My little girl has a girl guides weekend at Mt Barney 16th to 18th June 2017. As my little one (13 I am working past it) has a disability Mummy has to go too so we looked at accommodation in the area and then decided to take the van up. Best part was I got to drive up.....Set up the van....Drive home...Then come back and bring them home. SUCKS to be me!
Then I was advised that I could come too!!!!!
What won me was the following...
Mt Barney Lodge is lovely...whilst there is no powered camping the sites are apparently large and include a well set up fireplace....we will see wont we now......

And then we purchased this.......
I wasn't looking but found this on Gumtree (and on here actually) and bought it EXTREMELY well......
So purchased and contacted Kakadu who will come to my house and fit the Annex at the cost of $200. Money well spent I think.
So its the Scenic Rim so my favourite place in the world.....
So its June so NO........
