I would like to move the bedside reading lights in our Journey as they are fairly low to the bed and I keep hitting them. I am thinking of moving them back towards the window and up higher. This will also mean that the light is behind you when reading.

Does anybody know how to remove this type of light fitting from the wall?

I'm moving mine in my Starcraft at the moment, but to remove the light use a small flat blade scew driver. There is a small indent in the black section under that silver dome to insert the screw driver and prise off the silver cover. Then 2 screws hold the black plate to the wall. Mine has about a 20mm hole where the wires come through which is bigger than I expected and will need to be filled or covered. Hope this helps.

No screw driver needed just kids.. All off ours on the bunks been pulled of the wall at one stage or another.
On my list to fix.. as do not like the wires exposed..
I am also looking to move one of mine from the bed side @halbster Will end up with both nearest to the front.
Sarah said leave it although with our bigger TV keeps knocking into it

Thanks, @halbster , I thought that somehow you needed to prise it off, just couldn't find the indent. I wear tri-focal glasses and sometimes it is hard to focus when looking up close with them on and it is getting more of a blur with them off. Will go and have another look, bet the indent is at the back at the top.
