The usual caravan camping show at Caulfield is now going to be at the Melbourne Show grounds and even earlier than normal 11th to 16th Feb , I hope its not too hot

Yeah, I will be attending again, much to the wife's horror! I don't need a new van, but can't hurt looking, but the accessories and things, I could be in lots of trouble!

Does anyone have any idea on what the "show specials" might be like for accessories? I'm trying very hard not to go and spend more money on the new truck with the most of the people I'm looking at having displays at the Show.
Anyone have any experiences/tales to tell of buying 4x4 parts/upgrades at the show based on the fact that the prices are significantly different?

picked up a cheap 9500 lb warn winch at last years show $1650 compared toARB price of 2250
@Smergen , when at a previous show, i went to the ARB stand knowing i wanted to buy a canopy off them, asked about price and it was the same, i asked if they would do a show price if i order right then, gave me $200 off, i was happy, was going to buy it any way. So i guess you will have a bit of bargin power knowing there a bit of competition between stands.
Thanks @Leechy and @Colin&Sue. That's the exact type of info I was hoping for. Sounds like I need to just hang out there a little longer and I should be able to save a few bucks. I'll be going with my 'wish list' and a bit of ground work.

last year I did as we had not seen the van.. not sure Sarah let me go without her or we could end up with a new one
