Took the wife and kids to the maitland show on Sunday, about a 40min drive from home. It's been about 2 years since we were there but there was a couple of things I wanted to check out. We looked at more vans just to be sure on what we ordered, some nice vans around but we are still happy with what we ordered for the money.

I think the pick of them was a 5th wheeler for 144k but I don't think my BA 1 tonner would tow it :D. I then got prices on the ctek D250s which I will fit in our new van but you can still buy $90 cheaper than show price on the net. Then I wanted my wife to see the webber baby q (which she was very impressed with). One stall had it for $20 of rrp but then we came across the webber stall.

I didn't know there was a new model out with electronic ignition, temp gauge in lid and a higher lid for an extra $10....I was sold but didn't want to carry back to car, however bbq's galore at maitland have discounted all webber products by 10% until end of June. So maybe try for the discount at other branches, you never know!

In the end I bought 2 hose bags for $45 and will order a inline water filter online from the same retailer as they were out of stock, I decided on the disposable one good for about 3 years they recon. By the way, didn't no it is recomended the cartridge filters be dismantled, the cartridge wrapped in glad wrap and stored in fridge to stop bacteria. Had a good day but that will do me for another coupla years. :)

Cheers.

Sounds like a productive day Burnsy. When buying the Weber just remember the ones with the temp gauge in the lid on the babyq are the higher lid model. Usually they are only available from an authorised Weber stockist.
