Might be of use to someone hence the post. Anyway, I am planning to build an extra wardrobe in the rear to the Basestation but couldn't find light weight boards the I planned to cover an aluminium frame with.
At my 'little' Big Green Shed and spotted a 3mm board in a similar finish to my cabinets, lying on a trolley near the trade desk. Asked where it was in the shop and turns out that it was a customer order of product not regularly stocked in the smaller warehouses. Think the cost was about $18. They have other oak colours on their system but haven't seen them. Might be worth a drive to the big city stores to see if they stock them....

You can buy 2.4x1.2 matching ply sheets in 9mm and 12mm sheets direct Jayco via the dealers, along with the push on plastic shelf edging, universal connectors etc. Bit more than $18, but if your after the factory look !!

Thanks for that Crusty. We were looking at putting a door on the bathroom of the new 18.58-2 when we get it in November seeing Jayco won't do it for us. We weren't going to get into the detail of it until after we get the van, but seeing as this thread is open, does the panel material that the dealers offer the same as the "Rovere" that Jayco are putting in the 2015 models?

@Aussiejet, the ply supplied from Jayco is the actual ply used to build the vans ... you just pick your color. They need to carry stocks of all the various plys and other materials for warranty and repair issues
