Had lights fitted from new but now outside warranty Both have failed (After 2 years) due to wiring separation issues within the light body. Anyone had any similar issues

Not good Brad
I would contact Lightforce and give it a try under Australian Consumer law. That type of failure appears to be a product fault, especially if it occurred in both lights.
Hope the trip is going well despite the light failure.

No good @Griffo There always a reliable light. I've fitted heaps over many years. Try Lightforce direct, for advise. They back there product.
Also check fault due to mounting vibrations etc.

love em mate. never let me down in 12 or so years. I have my old standard amp burners in 240 on my 'lux and HID 240s on the Prado. wouldn't part with my cash for anything else.
