17' Series light at door

hi all


I have changed all the lights to LEDS now just the light at the front door needs to be replaced whats the trick at getting to it? 2012 mod the light with the grab handle

If it is the same as the one in this post then you just need to carefully pry off the plastic lens from the top. Mine had a T10 type bulb, you can see the led one in the pictures

@23chris from memory if it's the Camec brand you push down on the top of the lens you will see two tabs.... Push down a bit more to pull the top out then slide the lens up to remove it to gain access to the globe.
If you have any issues doing it that way remove the 4 screws on the front and pull (Like tractor) to get the silastic/sikaflex to give way and you can get to the globe from behind. Apply new silastic/sikaflex and refit the light unit!

I broke mine getting it off - they do get brittle! LED bulb replacement are so much brighter!
