Thats all most of those mags and online advertising journals do, dumb down the whole thing and really just waffle and say bugger all...........Don't make waves just have a good headline.....
I had the impression they were jumping on the bandwagon.
and...I'm not sure whether I think it's good or bad....
Good....raising the issue, trying to get some of the raw emotion out of it...but bad, not much to contribute.
I thought the legal argument was relevant but really not sure of the rest.

in theory it is relevant, just if you ever have to put it into practice........ another story
when you have an issue with your Car or Van, you want to be able to take it to the dealer and know you will be looked after good, as you spent a big chunk of change on their product
however, despite what they say, most dealers & Manufactures dont want to know about problems or fixing them
it costs them time and effort
that, and - how dare you say their product is not up to scratch
