I have friends with an onsite van there! They have 2 kids and seem to really enjoy going there, I haven't been as yet, but I am looking at it. Will ask them if you like!

Yep, not a huge amount for kids, only 1 park and no jumping pillow, however. There is a lake that you can swim, ski and fish in and it is a very nice sandy beach for sand castles and the like. Also has an outdoor pool. Sealed roads which are ideal for Ickes and scooters. It's about 10-15 min drive from halls gap and the much bigger town of Stawell. If up there over main days of New Years - the owners have a licensed restaurant on site Wednesday and Saturday nights and have a band that comes and play on New Year's Eve and bring out a small meet and greet with a few animals from halls gap zoo. As well as some other activities. Toilets and such are generally of a high standard and kept clean.

You can have fires on the powered sites but not on the ensuite sites :noidea: not sure why? Good park.

I stayed there a few years ago over the melbourne cup long weekend (how you Victorians get a day of to gamble is beyond me). We had no chance of getting into the one in Halls Gap, but in the end i was glad we ended up there. Very quiet, away from busy roads and not too far from Halls Gap or the Zoo. So we had a very enjoyable time there. Awesome views over the lake too.
