been lurking ....onto my second van - neither a jayco ......
First one was a 1969 10foot viscount , took it all over new and vic . Mostly to places it was not suited too ! Over about 7 years it wore out , we loved it as it was very cosy and didn't cost a lot .
Last year bought a new Coronet Prince - again didn't want a big van ,so it's a 15 footer light at 1250kg dry and appears to be huge compared to a 10 footer !
Also have an Outback Sturt camper trailer which is 10 years old - works like a champ tho .

Have used a couple of the recommendations for trips away - Barwon Head cp and Marengo , hope to do a flinders ranges and inland trip in March , so busy searching for ideas at present .

Been lurking for a long while .....was looking for a jayco pop top a couple of years ago - still like them ( although the new colours are a bit 'vegemite' ) So we kept our old girl and used it some more !
The crunch came when we wanted to reinsure last year and it was not accepted due to age and no gas / electrical cert . So we started searching and found one at the Bendigo show , I really liked the Jurgens wallaroo but not the making of the bed each day , Starcrafts are nice also .

Found the forum searching for jayco reviews , I am of the opinion that jayco makes a great product ,well built , well promoted , well backed and all for a reasonable price - they are not cheap , however they are affordable and do have good resale . Any company that has a three month waiting list and manufactures a minimum of 100 vans a week has the right recipe !

Hi @HairBearBunch love your tow vehicle. I am a closet Volvo fan from the 70's, any chance you have some pics of the internals of the 10'er? I am helping a mate restore a 10' Karapark (spelling??) built in 1953, cheers

And yes , I love my Volvo
-AWD 180killawasps / 400nm of torque pulls like a fifteen yr old schoolboy with a stick book .
It is the most comfortable couch to tour in !
