Our Journey 17-55-9 was also ordered from the the Brisbane Show via Camperland and we expect it to arrive later this month or early next November. Where are you from? What model did you order? We may cross paths on pickup. 8-)

Hello there, we got the 17.55-8 Outback Journey. We live on the Sunshine Coast and suppose to pick the van up this month, Mid to end October. Haven't heard anything yet but we are getting excited.

Great choice, we can relate to being excited had a few sleepless nights before pick up which was from Jayco Nowra in July. The model we chose is the 17.55-8 outback Journey, had a trial run which was 1700 km and had no issues what so ever. Love our van especially the ensuite. Good luck to all the new Journey buyers. Welcome to the forum @bessie, very smart looking van. Looking forward to ours, probably early next month. Our side windows will be slightly shorter than yours due to single beds.

Wow that looks awesome Bessie. We are going to take a short test run before we go away for a long time, in case of any problems. How did you find the mattress in the van? We have been wondering if we have to upgrade it.

The mattress is quite comfy, we did add a underlay and mattress protector so all good. The only upgrades so far would be our diesel heater, first thing we did on returning home, we thought zero degrees inside the van was little bit hard to take. The installation which we did ourselves is under the bed, very easy to install as the diesel tank is on the divider near the gas bottles. Also replaced the battery with two 120 amp agm batteries and a portable solar kit plus home made stone guard. Bessie & Mack.

Could you share a picture of the tank install?

BTW great looking van, really like the black with shades of grey.
