Afternoon all. Been lurking for a couple of weeks now so thought I'd better say hello.

Wife and I have just upgraded to a new Jayco and the time has finally come to pick it up.
I'll start a build thread of the mods as they come.

Shane and Alesha.

Thanks guys. Been good reading all the great mods and builds on here, I'm a bit of a mod junky.

Tow vehical is a 2007 common rail nissan patrol manual setup with a heap of offroad/touring/towing mods.

Plans for the van are a spring over for a start as I'm not sure it will even get in my driveway as it is.
Then another water tank and battery as well as solar and media setups so will be a great project for a little while, every man needs a good project or 10.

Our last van was a 1986 viscount windup (similar to a swan) that I'd built a full replacement chassis for including independent air bag suspension, so that could be a taste of what the new vans in for, once you go bags leaf springs just rant the same.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

Shane

We'll probably pass on the way there and back..... Leaving here at 6 to drop the boat down and coming straight back to get the van ready for Saturday :)
