Itinerary for central NSW, QLD and East coast

Hi,
After doing a 5 month trip of Central Australia and the West Coast with our
young family 2 years ago we have got the bug again and have decided to do a 4-5
month trip of central nsw/qld and northern qld next year.
We would love to hear of any must see spots that other travellers have been too.
Although we would love to travel up to the Cape we are thinking that with a 4
mth old we will probably only go as high as Cooktown.
We will be leaving from Echuca and heading up through NSW so if anyone has any
must see spots for the way up or back down the coast we will really appreciate
your input.

A couple of spots on my bucket list in QL are 1770 (Agnas Waters), Port Douglas and Ellis Beach.

4 to 5 months caravanning! I`m jealous!

Paranella Park, near Ingham is a must see and stay for a night. Mission Beach is a great beach and very quiet and relaxed. Coconut Grove Big 4 in cairns is also on the list if you have kids!
